Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Refund or Exchange Policy
We strive to provide products and services that meet or exceed your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to receive the item. We will provide instructions on returning the product, and upon verification, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and you may be required to return the incorrect item.
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for a refund unless they are damaged or defective.
Discount Items Policy
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items sold on discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Gift Items Policy
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Return Policy
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +8801925296956. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Change or Cancel Policy
Yes, you can change or cancel your order before it’s dispatched. Most shops, including Aysa’s World, allow customers to modify or cancel their orders as long as they haven’t been shipped yet. It’s best to contact our customer service directly at +8801925296956. If the order has already been processed, you may need to follow our return policy upon receipt of the items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your order status and original payment method’s statement or balance.
If got no refund please contact your payment method agency. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
